The staff's exceptional courtesy and dedication were noteworthy, especially Ashish at reception, Badrul for housekeeping, and Rahul from the restaurant "Mabruk. " They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location itself in Amby Valley is serene and beautiful.Upon arrival, room 610 required maintenance, but after being moved to room 615, the accommodation improved significantly. The indoor jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience. However, minor details like visible paint touch-ups affected the overall ambiance.The spa services were adequate, but the tranquil environment and breathtaking surroundings made up for any shortcomings. The hotel offers various leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and a garden, adding to the serene atmosphere. Despite some room maintenance issues, the overall experience was rejuvenating, and the late check-out was a thoughtful gesture.While my stay was generally pleasant, there were billing concerns post-checkout, which remain unresolved. Therefore, potential guests should be cautious and ensure clear communication regarding charges.
